1. Who we are

JiffyCoursesOnline is a trade name of Linktopay B.V., Prins Bernhardlaan 155, 2252 GV Voorschoten, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 81223862, VAT NL861998406B01). We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

• Data you give us: your name and email address when you start a free trial, download a freebie, subscribe or contact us, and your billing details when you buy a product.
• Data collected automatically: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country), the website and campaign that brought you here (for example which ad you clicked), and a click ID from Google Ads.
• Your cookie choice: if you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we store whether you accepted or rejected cookies, together with a random ID and the date, as proof of your choice. We do not store your IP address for this.

3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

• To deliver your trial, purchase, license key and member access (performance of a contract).
• To send the emails you signed up for, such as onboarding emails and our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
• To measure and improve our ads and website with analytics and advertising cookies (consent in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland; elsewhere our legitimate interest).
• To keep our administration and invoices as required by Dutch tax law (legal obligation).
• To secure our website and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4. How we measure our ads

When you sign up, your email address is turned into an irreversible code (a "hash") in your own browser. We share only this code with Google Ads and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) to see whether a sign-up came from one of our ads. Your readable email address is not shared for this purpose. For visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland this only happens after you accept cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We work with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Kajabi – website, courses, forms and email
• Kajabi Payments, Stripe and PayPal – payments
• Google – Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager
• OpenAI – ChatGPT Ads measurement
• Meta – Facebook Pixel
• Microsoft – Clarity (website usage insights)
• Wistia – video
• Cloudflare – hosting and cookie consent
• Help Scout – customer support
• Moneybird – accounting

We never sell your personal data.

6. Data outside the EU

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred there, this happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

• Account and trial data: as long as you have an account, plus 2 years.
• Invoices and payment records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
• Cookie choices: 2 years. We ask for your choice again after 6 months.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

8. Cookies

Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie bar and can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Strictly necessary cookies, for example for logging in, checkout and security, are always active.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the data protection authority in your country.
